Log into your Hobium Yarns account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused yarn skeins or accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location; return shipping costs may apply based on your region.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
